Kash Pashootan is the Founder and CEO of EMBLEM Developments Inc. With over 25 years of experience managing the assets of high-net-worth families and leading one of Canada’s most respected investment firms, Kash brings those principles and processes to leading EMBLEM. Success has been built through Kash’s leadership, investment acumen, and ability to hire, inspire and retain the best talent within the real estate industry.
Kash is an authority in the investment management industry in Canada and speaks annually at the Private Wealth Summit and the Institutional Real Estate Forum alongside other industry leaders. Ryan Millar
Partner, Planning & Development
Ryan has more than 23 years of experience, having led more than 41 complex mixed-use projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He is involved in every step of the process, from inception through planning and approvals to completion and closing.
Prior to joining EMBLEM, Ryan was the Vice President of Planning and Development at two of Toronto’s largest development firms. During his tenure, he excelled at working with municipal staff directly, taking a hands-on approach, and coordinating the consulting and construction teams, while reporting directly to the owners.
Ryan has been involved with a multitude of projects throughout his career including Northcliffe, The Boot 1 & 2, The Merchandise Building Phase 4 & 5, Thornwood Phase 1 & 2, Windermere Homes, NXT Towers Phase 1 and 2, Quad Phase 1 & 2, 399 Adelaide St. W., MYC Condos, 2130 Bayview Ave., Exhibit, Lawrence Heights, 250 Devenport, Emerald Park, E Condos Phase 1 & 2, 1000 Bay St., Bloor St. Neighbourhood, Casa 1, 2 & 3, Halo, 33 Yorkville, and YSL.
Ryan attended the University of Toronto, and holds a Construction Technician and Technologist, and Construction Management Degree from George Brown College (CET).
Alistair Rennie
Partner, Development & Construction
Alistair has 15 years of experience in end-to-end design and pre-construction management, and brings his expertise in managing complex residential and mixed-use projects to EMBLEM. In his role, he oversees the development of projects from inception through to construction commencement, with a focus on design development and constructability.
Prior to joining EMBLEM, Alistair was the Pre-Construction Director at Multiplex Construction Canada, a subsidiary of Brookfield, where he managed the majority of the company’s residential projects. Projects Alistair has managed include: Transit City Phases 1 and 2, Centre Point, 25 St. Dennis Drive, 90 Eastdale Avenue, Junction House, Corio Development, St John’s McNicoll Centre and Pavilions.
Alistair holds a First Class Honours Degree in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. He also holds a diploma from Kingston University.
Raki Raoufi
Partner, Construction
Raki has over 25 years of experience managing and executing on large scale construction projects. She has established a proven track record in conceptual development, planning, design and construction of award-winning building projects. Her extensive background in fast tracking high-rise projects, directing each phase of construction from design to completion is an asset to the EMBLEM team. Raki is responsible for managing consultant teams, monitoring design development and constructability, ensuring budgets are met, and providing constant support to the project team throughout the different phases of each project.
Prior to joining EMBLEM, Raki was the Vice President of Pre-Construction and Design for Multiplex Construction Canada, a subsidiary of Brookfield where she led the Pre-Construction Group. Some of the projects that Raki has managed include: Trump Hotel and Residential Tower, Bay Adelaide East Tower & Podium, Campus One Student Residences, Core Condominium, King High Line Mixed Use, Transit City Projects, and Index Tower designed by Norman Foster located in Dubai.
Raki holds a Master of Architecture from Islamic Azad University. She is also a LEED® Green Associate.
Jason Chiu
Vice President, Investments
Jason contributes over 15 years of dynamic experience in investing and real estate to EMBLEM. He is responsible for the strategic direction of lending and financing.
Prior to joining EMBLEM, Jason was the Vice President, Real Estate Investments in a private family office where he specialized in sourcing, structuring, and managing a diverse portfolio of mortgage loans centered on real estate assets. Jason has successfully navigated several high-profile receiverships. At the conclusion of the receivership processes, the loans that Jason managed were made whole, including accrued interest. Jason also negotiated several special-situation loan files, finding solutions that satisfied all stakeholders in the process.
Jason holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School.
Jenny Bui
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Since 2003, Jenny has been an integral part of some of the Greater Toronto Area’s most significant and successful luxury condominium developments, amounting to over $10 billion in new construction sales. With over two decades of experience, she has extensive knowledge in suite design and mix, marketing, and sales strategies. One of her biggest strengths is her deep relationships with top brokers and agents. Jenny is dedicated to bringing people together, leading the sales teams, and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.
Before joining EMBLEM, Jenny was the Special Consultant and broker at Baker Real Estate Inc. and the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Milborne Real Estate Inc. Jenny has successfully sold over 44 pre-construction condominiums, including Forma, Park Road, Arte, 1 Jarvis, Artform, The United BLDG, Line 5, Peter and Adelaide, and One Bloor East.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Economics and Commerce & Finance.
Bonnie Sherbanowski
Director, Customer Experience
Bonnie has over 12 years of experience in the high-rise development industry, where she has participated in the successful delivery of almost 4,000 new condominium units through 8 projects, managing zero chargeable conciliations. As Director, Customer Experience, Bonnie facilitates homeowner expectations and EMBLEM’s obligations under the Tarion New Home Warranty Program.
Prior to her arrival at EMBLEM, Bonnie was responsible for the Customer Care at a prominent Toronto condominium development firm and brings with her an in-depth understanding of deficiency management and a strong dedication to elevating the customer experience. Some of the projects Bonnie was responsible for include: CASA, CASA II, CASA III, NXT I, NXT II, MYC Condos, 1000 BAY and VOX Condos.
Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto.
Alexis Ethier
Manager, People and Culture
Over the past 8 years, Alexis has worked in human resources and marketing roles across a variety of industries including government, technology, energy and professional services. Her diverse background has provided her with a wealth of business operations and administrative experience. Alexis is a resourceful and strategic professional who is dedicated to creating workplace efficiencies and collaborating with team members to accomplish their goals.
Alexis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University specializing in Marketing and Professional Communication.
Alona Sadovska
Lead, Marketing & Communications
Alona is leading brand marketing strategies and communications for EMBLEM Developments, focusing on brand storytelling, demand generation, and transformative growth initiatives for real estate projects. She has over 8 years of experience developing winning brand & marketing plans, running global integrated campaigns, GTM strategies, and high-engagement social media tactics.
Prior to joining EMBLEM Developments, Alona held leadership positions in the consumer tech, lifestyle, and fashion industries. Alona managed strategic brand partnerships with the Big Five tech companies, big-box retailers, and the world's largest entertainment brands.
Alona holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Post-Graduate degree in Marketing & Brand Management.
Justin Bourne
Senior Project Manager
Justin has 12 years of experience delivering high profile construction projects throughout the industry. He has worked on a variety of high rise, commercial, residential and industrial projects throughout the GTA.
Prior to joining EMBLEM Developments, Justin was part of the project management team at Multiplex Construction Canada, managing various subcontracts at the Bay Adelaide Centre- North Tower project for Brookfield Properties. He brings his depth of expertise in tendering, contracts, scheduling, occupancy and overall knowledge of construction projects to EMBLEM developments.
Justin holds a diploma in Construction Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Ramy Eskander
Project Manager
Ramy has over 21 years of experience in construction project management, working on complex projects across GTA, Southern Ontario & Dubai managing and executing large scale projects. He has established a proven track record in conceptual development, planning and construction of high-rise building. His extensive background in fast tracking Mega projects, directing each phase from design to completion is an asset to the EMBLEM team. Ramy is responsible for managing GC, monitoring site construction, ensuring quality, timelines and budget are met.
Prior to joining EMBLEM, Ramy was part of CLV Group & WS.Atkins/ SNC.Lavalin managing site construction process. Some of the projects that Ramy has managed: Bluewater & Alhabtour City located in Dubai. Ramy holds a BSc Degree in Architecture from Alexandria University, Egypt.
Robert Just
Project Manager
Robert has 12 years of experience in construction project management working on complex projects across Toronto, the GTA and Southern Ontario. He brings well-rounded experience to EMBLEM Developments having worked on projects of various sizes in the commercial, industrial, residential and utility sectors.
Prior to joining, Robert was part of the project management team at Pomerleau Construction where he worked on multiple large projects including a high-end 450-unit residential development for Concord Adex and a 500,000 ft2 state of the art distribution facility for Canada Post. He brings a depth of expertise in budgeting, scheduling, design refinement and overall knowledge of construction to EMBLEM developments.
Robert holds a degree in Civil Engineering, with a Minor in Management, from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
Therese Quach MBA, CPA
Controller
Therese has over 7 years of experience in accounting and brings over 11 years of combined experience at multi-national businesses across service lines within the asset management, banking, telecommunications and insurance sectors.
Prior to joining Emblem Developments, Therese worked in the asset and wealth management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she serviced funds and asset management clients.
Therese has an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Master of Accounting from Carleton University, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University.
Imelda Ang
Senior Project Accountant
Imelda has 32 years experience in accounting with various industries like ecommerce, film and real estate. She has worked for more than 9 years in the residential development industry managing numerous High Rise buildings.
Imelda holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree major in Accounting.
Jaime Salazar
Project Accountant
Jaime has over 12 years of Accounting experience. He first worked in the banking industry and transitioned into the residential industry in 2016. He has academic background in Accounting and in Commerce from Sheridan College and York University. Outside of work, he enjoys bouldering and road cycling.
Ali Barlas
Project Accountant
With over six years in accounting, Ali brings expertise in the real estate sector, performing accounting duties for various stages of development to ensure alignment with project and organizational goals.
Prior to joining EMBLEM Developments, Ali managed comprehensive real estate accounting functions, including development, construction, and property management — at nationwide development firms.
Ali holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Ryerson University.
Kyson Vi
Associate, Investments
Kyson brings a wide range of real estate experience within investments, development, asset management, and investment banking. Supporting the Vice President of Investments, Kyson is involved in the full investment cycle for EMBLEM’s projects, including investment underwriting and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining EMBLEM, Kyson was an Associate in Investments and Financing for a prominent real estate investment firm based in Toronto, where he reported directly to the Executive Committee to provide recommendations on investments, developments, strategic initiatives, asset management, and portfolio management across its operating companies.
Kyson holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo, with a Minor in Urban Studies, focused on Urban Economics.
Mae Lazarte
Manager, Sales Operations & Administration
With 14 years of experience in sales operations and management across the GTA’s real estate industry, Mae brings expertise in business processes, technology integration, and operational optimization to EMBLEM Developments. She is responsible for streamlining administration workflows, enhancing the sales experience, and fostering collaboration to help EMBLEM meet its business priorities and objectives.
Before joining EMBLEM, Mae worked with several of Canada’s largest real estate firms, managing a diverse range of operations, including cross-departmental data flows, compliance, closing and occupancy management, marketing, and software integrations. Mae is known for her ability to multitask and consistently delivers operational excellence to EMBLEM stakeholders.
Mae holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, with a major in Digital Enterprise Management and a minor in Professional Writing & Communication.
Brittany Tsirlis

Brittany has over 11 years of pre-construction condominium sales and marketing experience, representing numerous developers from Canada's largest condominium sales company - Baker Real Estate Inc. During the span of her career she has successfully sold over a billion dollars in real estate. She strives for excellence through hard work and dedication, from the inception of projects to completion.
With an educational background from Ryerson University, Majoring in Geographic Analysis with a Minor in Sales Management and Service quality from The Ted Rogers School of Business, transitioning into Real Estate Sales was the perfect fit for her.
Danielle Dumay

With 18 years in real estate sales, Danielle is a trusted pre-construction specialist known for her client-focused approach and for fostering solid relationships built on transparency. Danielle's extensive product knowledge covers high-rise and low-rise construction, guiding clients to ideal homes or investments. Her proficiency extends to pre-construction contracts, the Tarion New Home Warranty, Real Estate Tax, and The Residential Tenancy Act.
